Inauguration at ESPE-BIÉ of the centre for diagnosis, psychological and psycho-pedagogical counselling and guidance

Today, 14 November 2025 (Friday), the inauguration ceremony of the Centre for Diagnostic, Psychological and Psychopedagogical Guidance was held at ESPE-Bié. The event was presided over by the Director General of the institution, who, in his speech, thanked everyone for their presence and stressed that the creation of this centre is part of the management policies of ESPE-Bié, constituting a further strategic step to strengthen academic and psycho-pedagogical support.

The Director also highlighted that the centre, now open to the academic and biennial community, arises in conjunction with the Erasmus+ AngoSAP Project, developed in coordination with the European Union. He emphasised that the space will be available to diagnose and support the resolution of psycho-pedagogical learning difficulties, as well as to guide students in the choice of careers and careers, according to the aptitudes of each one.

The Coordinator of the Centre, PhD, Evaristo Gando, presented the objectives of the project and formally introduced the coordination team, composed of the following members:

Doctor of Philosophy. Eduardo Cassinda João, PhD. Rosa Cápaco, MSc. Diamantino Luciano, PhD. Yusdalmis Gando, PhD. Antonio Antonio, MSc. Henriques Dachala, Dr. Edson Ngunga and MSc. Ricardo Casoma.

This was followed by the inauguration ceremony, symbolising the official opening of the Centre. Immediately afterwards, the ESPE-Bié podcast studio was inaugurated.

The ceremony concluded with a convivial moment in the cafeteria of the institution.
