The UCA and the Óscar Ribas University of Luanda, Angola are progressing in the coordination of the Erasmus+ AngoSAP Project

On 26 March 2026, the University of Cadiz (UCA), in its capacity as coordinator of the Erasmus+ AngoSAP Project, held a bilateral meeting with the Óscar Ribas University (UOR) of Luanda (Angola) to address administrative and financial matters related to the development of this initiative.

The meeting, held remotely, served to reinforce the joint management mechanisms between both institutions, thus ensuring the correct economic and administrative monitoring of the project. During the meeting, progress on budget execution, justification deadlines, and coordination procedures between the work teams of both countries were reviewed.

AngoSAP is an international cooperation project that seeks to strengthen capacities in sustainable water management in Angola, with the participation of academic and technical partners from Spain and Angola. The UCA leads the Consortium, reaffirming its commitment to university cooperation for development and knowledge transfer in international contexts.

The Project management has positively assessed this meeting as a key step to consolidate the alliance between the UCA and the UOR, ensuring transparency and effectiveness in the execution of the resources allocated to this initiative.
