Advances in the Acquisition of Technological Equipment for Psychological Development Centres in Angolan Universities

The technical advice from EurekaGC, the supervision by the University of Cadiz, and the collaboration of: Óscar Ribas University, Namibe University, Lueji A’Nkonde University, and the Higher Pedagogical School of Bié, has been a decisive factor in guaranteeing not only the physical infrastructure of the new centres, but also in advancing the acquisition of the necessary technological equipment for them.
Since mid-March, the AngoSAP Project Coordination, led by Inidia Rubio Vargas, Coordinator of the Angolan University Consortium, along with Juan Abreu Payrol, Yosvany Pedroso, and Sandra Mariza Martins, members of the coordination board in Angola, has been immersed in the search for suppliers for the essential technological equipment destined for the Psychological Development Centres (CDOP) of Angolan universities.

With the support and technical guidance of specialist Elvis Ramón Pozo, manager of Eureka GC, a collaborating company since the early days of AngoSAP, a detailed list of equipment needs has been drawn up. Under the supervision of the project's general coordinators from the University of Cádiz, José Ignacio Navarro and María Dolores Gómez Domínguez, offers from various distribution companies have been evaluated and selected, prioritising the optimal relationship between price and quality to ensure ideal conditions in these centres.

The commitment and collaboration of Angolan universities, such as Óscar Ribas University, Namibe University, Lueji A’Nkonde University, and the Superior Pedagogical School of Bié, have been fundamental in ensuring not only the physical infrastructure of the new centres but also in advancing the acquisition of necessary technological equipment. This is a crucial step towards the successful implementation of psychological and psycho-educational support services in Angolan universities. The future of education in Angola is being transformed!
