Members of the AngoSAP Project meet on the sidelines of the 1st International Pedagogy Congress in the province of Bié.

Representatives of the Higher Pedagogical School of Bié and the University of Namibe, from the ANGOSAP Project, met with students of Early Childhood and Primary Education during the 1st International Congress of Pedagogy and exchanged about the objectives of the project and the importance of the Psychological and Psychopedagogical Diagnosis and Guidance Centres (CDOP).

Representatives of the Higher Pedagogical School of Bié (https://espbie.ao/) and the University of Namibe (https://www.uninbe.ao/), members of the ANGOSAP Project, took advantage of the I International Congress of Pedagogy to hold an informative meeting with third and fourth year students of the Early Childhood Education and Primary Education degrees. The coordinators of the project in both provinces, Professor Doctor Evaristo Vitangui Gando (ESPE-Bié) and Professor Doctor Jerónimo Sanchos Mendes Evaristo (UNINBE), used the student activity, called "The ANGOSAP Project", to inform students about the project. «fogueira do saber».» to disseminate and clarify the objectives of the ANGOSAP Project, as well as the functioning and the importance of the Psychological and Psycho-pedagogical Diagnosis and Guidance Centres (CDOP) in each of these Higher Education Institutions. The meeting was welcomed by the students, who were previously unaware of the existence of the project.

The meeting served to share relevant information on the current status of the work and to align joint strategies for future actions related to the centres associated to the project. It was also an opportunity to strengthen cooperation and academic collaboration between the two institutions.

On behalf of the University of Namibe, the Project Coordinator, Professor Doutor Jerónimo Sanchos Mendes Evaristo, and member Professor Doutor Bernaldo Camunda participated in the meeting. On the part of the Bié Higher Pedagogical School, the Project Coordinator, Professor Doutor Evaristo Vitangui Gando, together with members Professor Doutor Eduardo Cassinda João and Prof. Yusdalmis Anache Calunga, as well as representatives of the student association, were present.
